Fin Coil

Serck Heat Exchange supplies and installs all types of fin coil air conditioning units, including refurbishment and replacement of large scale installations.

Finned Tube Air Coolers

Serck Heat Exchange designs and manufactures finned tube air coolers up to 50 feet tube length in carbon steel, stainless steel and super duplex.

These air coolers can be supplied complete with fans and motors, support structures and walkways or simply as tube bundles to replace old units.

Serck Heat Exchange manufactures Finned Tube Air Coolers in accordance with API 661/ ISO 13706 ASME VIII Division 1 and PD 5500. Header boxes can be removable bonnet, cover plate or plug type. Serck Heat Exchange also manufactures high-pressure units.

Plate Heat Exchangers

Serck Heat Exchange offers a range of plate heat exchangers for all applications and industries and can supply gasketed, welded and brazed units in a range of plate materials including stainless steel and titanium. Gasket material selection is from a large range of OE quality gaskets that will suit each particular application.

For engine jacket water-cooling, Serck Heat Exchange specialises in small – medium volume production runs of radiators for Static Generators, Military and other Specialist Vehicles as well as various plant applications. Radiators are manufactured in copper and brass or, more commonly, aluminium; aluminium units are Nocolok brazed in state of the art controlled atmosphere furnaces. Copper/brass cores are built from the highest quality materials in a dedicated manufacturing facility.

A dedicated division produces custom designed radiators for motor sport applications and Serck Heat Exchange flush and clean radiators for a number of F1 racing teams. Motorsport Website

The Serck Heat Exchange team carries out vibration analysis, SWAAT corrosion testing, shock loading and wind tunnel testing and has developed its own dedicated performance prediction programs.

Shell and Tube

Serck Heat Exchange designs and manufactures Shell and Tube heat exchangers in accordance with TEMA Class B, C, R, API 660, ASME VIII Divisions 1 and 2 and PD 5500.
